Sustainably built tiny house
Welcome to this wrap around house made from sustainable materials such as wood, cardboard and flax. A unique accommodation for a vacation in Zeeland. On the arable farm where this vacation house is located there is a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of space to unwind, or for children to let off steam on the trampolines, swing, slide, go-karts or in the sandbox. Take a long morning walk through the dunes of Oranjezon, or enjoy the sunset from your garden. These are all moments that will stay with you!
Cozy home with air conditioning
This single-floor tiny house is accessed via a three-step staircase. The front and back of the house are glass, allowing plenty of light to enter. The rounded corners combined with wooden, quiet furnishings create a cosy atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. The house is air-conditioned and has a washing machine for general use (extra charge). At the front, you step into the kitchen diner. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom with toilet, sink, mirror cabinet and shower is in the centre section of the house.
The two bedrooms are located in the rear and the middle sections, which is handy if you have kids going to bed earlier. Both bedrooms have a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm) and two bedside tables. A high chair and folding cot (60 x 120 cm) are also available. The Wikkelhouse has terraces at the front and back (25 m2 in total), and there is a large garden around the cottage, shielded by greenery (no fence). There is plenty of room to play here, and the garden offers a beautiful view over the dunes and the farmland. Barbecuing is allowed, except in dry periods due to fire hazards. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle shed opposite the sanitary building of the adjacent mini campsite, accessible via a green sliding door. There is also one parking space at the house and plenty of additional parking elsewhere on the property.
A short distance away, is the forest, beach and Middelburg
This tiny house is located on an arable farm in Vrouwenpolder, on the edge of the Oranjezon nature reserve. The area is wonderful for long walks. You can see rabbits and cows here and, with a little luck, also encounter the many deer. A little further takes you onto the beach, looking out over the sea. If you would rather spend a day in the city, the pleasant and always bustling Middelburg is not far away. Vrouwenpolder also has several terraces, restaurants and a supermarket.
