From the entrance at the parking lot, you reach the first floor of the apartment complex by elevator or stairs. The bright living room with a spacious corner sofa by the television (with a wide range of channels and Chromecast) is practically furnished and decorated with wallpaper featuring the Oosterschelde barrier, the Zeeland Bridge, and the monument "De Verdronken Dorpen in Colijnsplaat."
The perfect kitchen for cooking enthusiasts
In the open space, the kitchen is equipped with a kitchen block plus island setup with plenty of cupboard space and a bar with two seats. The kitchen is fully equipped for cozy cooking; an induction hob, electric grill plate, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, kettle, and both a Senseo and filter coffee machine are present. The round dining table with comfortable chairs also accommodates 4 people. From the living room, you access the spacious terrace (28m2) with panoramic views over the Oosterschelde. On the terrace, you can enjoy this special view both on the lounge set and at the dining table.
Relaxing sleep in comfortable bedrooms
In the single-story apartment, there are two bedrooms, both with a free view. The first bedroom features a double bed (180x200cm), reading lamps, a wardrobe, and a television. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds (90x200cm), a chair with a reading lamp, and a wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with upper and lower cabinets, storage cabinet with mirror, and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet in the accommodation. In the storage room, located next to the living room, there are a washing machine and dryer.
Extra facilities for a carefree holiday
The apartment includes one reserved parking space, but you can also park in the large parking lot. It is also possible to park a boat with a trailer in this parking lot, and there is one pole for charging electric cars. If you are traveling with small children, a foldable baby bed (60x120cm) and a high chair are available. Pets are welcome; a maximum of two dogs are allowed in De DijkSuite. In the locked storage room downstairs, (electric) bicycles can be stored and charged.
Explore the beautiful surroundings of Tholen
The accommodation is located on the island of Tholen, characterized by peace and space. Built on the very tip of a pier at the foot of the Oosterschelde, you have a unique holiday location at the largest and wettest National Park in the Netherlands. This location is also perfect for diving, with a diving school and the Oosterschelde as the backdrop for beautiful diving spots. There is also a compressed air filling station for divers at the bottom of the dike at Camping de Zeester. Prefer to stay above water? Take a trip with the foot ferry to Yerseke in the summer months. Or discover all the beauty of this island on foot, by bike, or by scooter. Both above and below water, there is plenty to experience on the Oosterschelde. On the ground floor of the complex, Brasserie de Zeester is within reach for a delicious lunch or dinner, or join in for a drink/snack.
